Welcome to KeepStride. By accessing or purchasing from our website (www.keepstride.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30 days from delivery for returns or exchanges, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
If your item is defective, faulty, or not as described, your rights under ACL apply and you may return the item within a reasonable period for a refund or replacement.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
By placing an order, you confirm all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if payment is not authorised or stock is unavailable.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KeepStride is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, product designs, and text, is the property of KeepStride and cannot be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.
